- 1 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 drops red food coloring (optional)
- In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients together with a whisk.
- Allow the mixture to dry out before storing in container so put it on parchment paper and let dry for 1/2 hour.
- Put about 2 tbs. in to small container, it should fill about 10 small containers.
Note: You can also use the full 2 tbs for a soak! So enjoy!
