Peppermint Foot Soak DIY


  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salts
  • 2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 2 drops red food coloring (optional)



  1. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. Allow the mixture to dry out before storing in container so put it on parchment paper and let dry for 1/2 hour.
  3. Put about 2 tbs. in to small container, it should fill about 10 small containers.

Note: You can also use the full 2 tbs for a soak! So enjoy!
